Recently, my sleep has gone to hell in the proverbial hand basket.

My sleep or lack thereof has firmly convinced me that sleep deprivation is indeed a form of torture. Because, for real, when I’m lying in bed struggling to sleep, I think I’d admit to anything if it means getting a wink of sleep. Anything..

Which leads me to my very sincere plea to insomnia.
