Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but I don’t much like the smell of fireworks in the air. This morning, the air smelt like napalm not that I even know what napalm smells like! But it’s horrible. Smoldering, smoky like some kinda war zone.
The noise late into the night is a whole other headache and earache and quite startling at times. One had me hit the ground the other day. My heart was racing, I was disoriented and I thought of families that experience actual raids in the night.
Oh My! I am raining on people’s parades. I’ll go back to my corner now.

Hehehehe, you do bring up some valid points but unfortunately we all know that people are always going to break the rules and pop fireworks any and everywhere, other than the designated areas like they are supposed to. What gets me is that people start popping these bombs like 2 weeks before the actual July 4th holiday and then another week after that, which is just ridiculous!!!
I do actually like watching fireworks at the fireworks shows since they can be quite beautiful, but I get your point too that people just abuse when and where they should be popping them. Unfortunately I don’t think that will ever stop😌.
And you don’t have to go back to your corner for stating your opinion, a valid one at that!! Thanks for sharing my dear friend!!!
