My sleep routine failed me last night. I was up till 3:40am or maybe 4 not sure. Where did I go wrong? Hmm, I think I went to bed too early. Plus I should have gotten out of bed and did something like laundry or dishes or whatever then tried to go back to sleep. But I didn’t feel like it. So instead I tossed and turned which is exhausting.
I lose sleep like this sometimes and it is usually the beginning of a terrible terrible vicious cycle. Been there, done that multiple times. Not going to allow the cycle to get started at all.
I affirm that I shall sleep well and wake up feeling rested and refreshed.
