No, actually a big fat UGH!
I hate when sleep is as elusive as it is tonight.
I hate that I get anxious when that happens.
I hate that the anxiety feeds on itself creating even more anxiety.
I hate that I am struggling to sleep tonight.
I hate that I struggle so often to sleep.
I hate that I don’t sleep easily.
I hate that my endless sighs of frustration, my desperate prayers, my futile bargains do not sleep bring.
I hate most of all that sleep comes in the morning. For what good is it to me then?
Fellow insomniacs, don’t you agree? When sleep comes at 4am or 4:30 or 5 and we have to be at work or class or awake by 7 or 8 or 9am; it serves absolutely no purpose at all. Other than just add to our frustrations.
So ugh!

UGH INDEED!!! Man that is just ludacris…hmmmm I think perhaps a sleep study is in order or some very strong sleep meds๐๐ either way…I sympathize with you my friend…hang in there!!!๐
