Wow!, that week just flew by. I didn’t even get a chance to post a single blog not even any of the daily prompts. I’ve been leaving the house about 8am and returning around 8pm. I usually have dinner and head to bed.
No exercise, no chores, no writing, no nothing..just work. I hope I’ve not missed paying a bill or some other important thing, unbeknownst to me!
I’m catching up today (Sunday) and tomorrow. On my list: Laundry, cooking, cleaning, errands, paying bills, decluttering, gardening..
As always. I continue to focus on sleep or sleeping better. I’ve added mood support vitamins, aromatherapy and short guided meditations during the day.
These additions/ changes seem to be helping because sleepwise, this was a pretty good week. I slept 4-5 hours everyday and didn’t have any of those totally insane nights when, literally, all I do is toss and turn.
So in spite of the long workdays, I am a less grumpier camper. The house is a bit of a mess but not too bad. My room (in photo) does not look like it was hit by a tornado or anything which it sometimes does☺
So, here’s to more restful nights. Peace.
