This week was such a hodgepodge of stuff. I’ll just do a bullet list.
- I took a day off work to rest and rejuvenate. It was nice.
- I cleaned my desk at home
- My work schedule was moved twice in the 4 days that I worked this week.
- Work sucks. I’ve decided to start looking for something else
- I managed to do one TaeBo workout
- On my off day, I went swimming,..well more just playing in the water but it sure felt good.
- I learned that the steam room gets really hot but I love sweating it out
- I finished reading a book. It’s been a while since I did that
- My joints really hurt
- I’m learning the less tense I am, the better my sleep is.
- My sleep still sucks
- I’m finding it so hard to lose weight when my sleep is so messed up
- I continue to prioritize sleep
- I started a new book
- I finally.watched Black Panther again
Like I said, a hodgepodge of stuff. In this new week, I’m hoping..planning to increase my exercise. In addition to going to the pool on Monday, I want to get back to walking though I’m having a hard time figuring out when to do it. I used to walk in the morning but with my best sleep coming in the early morning hours, I am not able to get up as early as I used to. We work as late as 7:30 most days and I’m hungry and tired by then so it’s tough.
