Week 5: Ebbs and Flows

This past week was good.. everything considered.
  • I had coffee with a good friend. It was good to catch up.
  • I took two days off from work and caught up on tasks that I had not had a chance to get to. I even finished unpacking my suitcase from my trip to Nairobi last December.
  • The changes I’m making to my sleep routine seem to be helping a little. I have a long way to go but every bit counts though.
  • And finally, I set some wellness goals for February.
So all in all, not too shabby a week.
