Week 3 has been good. Things seem to be falling into place. I have started working out and I’m sorta kinda sleeping better.
For the last two weeks, I have managed to do 15-25 minutes of Taebo at least four times a week. I love Taebo. It’s not a new exercise to me. I used to do up to 45 minutes of Advanced Taebo which is really no joke. But that was then, this is now. For now, I’m just happy to be working out again.
I’m sleeping better more often than not. Instead of being up all night every single day, I’m only up once or twice a week. And that too is good enough for now.
These may not seem like very lofty goals to kick the year off. But I’m happy with it. The way I figure it, baby steps, right?
