Enough of laying awake all or most of the night!
Enough of tossing and turning all night!
Enough of being fatigued!
Enough of feeling like I am insomnia’s damned hostage!
Enough enough enough! It’s time to start sleeping better. To get to the underlying cause of this insomnia problem. Time to heal. Today is Day 1.
Day 1:
- I put some affirmations and meditations cds on my mp3 player to listen to in the evening as I’m undwinding for bed.
- Going to shop for some aromatherapy stuff.
