I just cannot figure out what’s going on with my sleep. It’s seriously messed up right now.
The night before last, I think I turned and tossed all night. I wear a step tracker that also tracks your sleep by tracking how much you are moving in the night. This was me on Saturday night
And the night before.
I work Friday to Monday 5am to 3:30pm. So I had to work yesterday and after 2 nights of poor sleep, I was so fatigued.
It’s so frustrating. Tossing and turning, staring into nothing, trying to fall asleep only to find yourself still trying two hours later. Or having sleep finally show up when it’s time to wake up!
